I'm a believer in Iowa's secondary...but through three games some of these turnovers that weren't amazing tippedballs/interceptions have been a bit of luck. Kent State was moving down the field like it was nothing then just suddenly coughed it up.

I don’t remember the last time playoff spots 2-4 seemed more up for grabs than this season.

Duke Slater field...trying to copy ISU, but cant rename their stadium....trying to make up for their Racist coach, but failing. Pandering like always, squawks, just do things for just the optics of it.

Go on a campus tour sometime if you never have been... They really play up the optics of how special they are for things like this, when it is always done as with a motive to make themselves look good.

The permanently reserved "Ohio State/Oklahoma" range and neither have looked very impressive.

It's true that everything about their brand has given off some Ole Miss "no racism to see here guys, we're definitely not lagging behind the rest of you at all on that one, see?" vibes for quite some time, long before the former player scandal.

Personally, I believe it happened organically and by accident, which is very debatable. However, the fact that anyone tied to the program closely or support them from afar refuse to see it at worst and downplay it at best, only strengthens that vibe.
