We are tied for 2nd in the toughest conference in the country. We have 1 bad loss. Tech. All hope is not gone.

This team has shown little to now sign it can play tough under duress or on the road. I see no evidence we can make a run.

We are not tied for 2nd, we are 3rd.

Edit: and after Wednesday we'll be tied for 3rd.

Gonna take a lot of attitude adjusting from everyone on this team not named Hogue and McKay for that to happen

Fred doesn't lose in the first round of the tourney. But sweet sixteen ain't happening this year. No urgency from anyone on the team except for Hogue. I feel for that guy.

We 'can' but will we?

I really wish I understood why we are so Jeckle/Hyde when we are away from home.

4 road games in a row is what we have now lost. I want us to take the conference more than anything almost. Until we can find a way to get a least half the road games I'm not sure that's even possible.

Until they start getting ****** on defense and start putting a body on someone and rebound, the Clones are pretenders. And I'm a homer.

Of course it's not. The meltdown here is hilarious. Not sure how we got such spoiled fans all of a sudden to call our team hotheads, selfish, lazy, etc
Bunch of babies here.

I agree the team still has a great chance at an NCAA run or Big 12 tourney title, but at this point it looks like a bit of chemistry issue on defense which is worrying now going into February.

Tonight I saw a lack of trust in the help defense(maybe due to help rotating late a few times), which resulted in going under a LOT of screens, which resulted in a lot of open looks from outside. Then they start going over the top of every screen, the help comes too late, and OU gets a bunch of easy looks inside.

Gotta get the defense shored up if the team wants any chance of a good seed or deep tourney run come march. I trust Fred, but things are still looking a bit shaky away from Hilton this late in the season.

I don't want to overreact, I wanted us to win this game badly, really expected a loss, but the way the team got outplayed in the 2nd half on the defensive end was demoralizing. I think the team gets along well enough, and it's not like they all have egos they are trying to mesh, but on the defensive end something just isn't clicking as an overall unit.
