Going to take the thread on a bit of a tangent, but I hear/see the Full Court Press guys latest project is called Truman’s. Trying to have it open by March Madness.
Sounds like a couple of the partners are big KC area sport’s fans and feel there is currently a void in the DM scene they can fill. This will be a Kansas City sports themed bar/restaurant.
Look for an appearance at the grand opening of “Fountain Mom”. I guess she is already on the staff at one of their places already.

As well as a place called The Chicken on the south side.
Perhaps if he's a Hawk fan. Great burgers, but the place is more cramped than anything.
