I don't know for sure, but I have a semi-educated guess based on very circumstantial evidence. If I'm right, the recruit is a post player transferring from another Div I school, but I'm 50/50 on this at best.
I remember her name as a possible Iowa Recruit back in 2016(?). Hat guy you must have some inside info
Apparently we were in on shooting guard Kianna Smith of California. Picked Louisville but Iowa State mention.

No there was a commitment indicated in the Tweet. Hat_guy seems to think it's Lindsey Jarosinski.
Ellie Spelhaug, freshman at Bradley, is transferring to ISU to play softball. Will have four years of softball eligibility starting next season. Guessing she could play basketball in 2020-21 if she wants. Will join her little sister, a 2019 commit, on the softball team. Kinda neat, they will get to play with each other for four years.

John Medders is Lyndey's Dad and I believe he is in the Medical field so could he be recruiting?

Yes, that is my guess. But based on pretty circumstantial evidence at this point.
I was reading it as her kids' dad (Billy) since that's not an unusual way to refer to your spouse when you have kids. But we could be completely misinterpreting this and it has nothing to do with basketball.

It is the Jarosinski girl. a 6-3 post transferring from Wake Forest. She's originally from Illinois. She'll have to sit out a year, I believe, then have three to play three.
Wow, according to the official release, she's grown 2 inches since she was a 6-3 F for Wake Forest a couple of weeks ago.
She grows and shrinks a lot. Prospects Nation had her at 6-4 in an article than at 6-5 in her profile there while WF had her at 6-3 and now she's back to 6-5 again.
