Arizona and Colorado tied at the half.

Every time I see a picture or video thumbnail from the tournament on my twitter feed, I immediately think there's some sort of weird image compression artifact on the floor. Then I realize, no, that's just what the floor looks like.

I watched it briefly, and I don't know if it was the crap ESPN+ stream or what, but when they move the camera as they run from basket to basket, it really plays tricks on you. Looks very pixelated almost.

One thing I didn't notice on Creme's latest bracketology is that five of the bottom 8 (last 4 in, and last 4 byes) are B1G schools. And four of the five played each other yesterday and today. Which means two bubble schools (Minnesota and Oregon) just got bounced from the conference tournament without a win.

Minnesota is in rough shape. 0-6 Quad 1, 2-5 Quad 2. They are clearly behind ISU and probably out of the tournament.

Oregon is 3-9 Q1 and 3-2 Q2, which is roughly on par with us.

16 of their 20 wins are against Quad 4 teams and a very weak non-conference SOS.

Jeez, Michigan State with 5 misses and 7 turnovers in the 2nd Qtr so far (6:30). Outscored 16-0.

Utah likes to chuck threes hoping to catch back up. Down 60-49 vs Tech, only about 4 and some change to go.

Quinerly steal on a K State inbound. Tied at 69, less than a minute left and WVU ball. She’s so impressive on both ends of the floor!

WVU was in the same boat as ISU for quite a while with a lack of notable wins, but in their last 5 games they have 2 Quad 1 wins (both against KSU) and a nearly-Quad 1 win (home against #27 Utah). They are still massively over-ranked by NET (no way they are #11) but Creme's current projection of a 6 seed seems about right.

Just saw something you don’t see often. TCU scores a three and a foul is called away from the shooter. TCU retains possession and hits another three. Essentially a six point possession.

I wonder if Colorado can make the tournament without winning the B12 tourney. If they beat TCU and WVU to make the finals, that'll be 4 Q1 wins on the season to help offset 2 Q2, 1 Q3, and 1 Q4 losses.

Notre Dame is getting the Notre Dame whistle vs Cal. Despite that and like 5-7 minutes of not scoring, Cal's down just 6.
