With five players? Read earlier that WVU only had five players due to ejections.
WVU outscored Duke 37-26 in the second half with only 5 players. Although WVU only lost one starter among the ejections, so at least they had most of their top players.
Duke started it on court. WVU’s bench stupidly came rushing out and bingo bingo…all gone.

Down to just five players after six Mountaineers were ejected before the half, West Virginia managed to grind out a 57-49 upset of No. 15 Duke on Friday night.
I either read something that was incorrect or I read it incorrectly, but this is accurate, making the victory even more improbable.
Duke was a Fluke. There's nearly always at least one team in the beginning of the season that is way too overrated . No way Baylor deserved to jump all the way to #7 as a result of that sloppy win.
Notre Dame got hammered by Michigan 93-54!
They're not the team they were last year. Miles leaves and is doing quite well at TCU. Koval has really surprised me at LSU so far. Don't think Hildalgo can carry them against stiff competition.
Hidalgo…after her big outing…went 4/21. Ouch. Two total points from the bench.
