Wonder how much playing time Belanger will get for ISU. Big step up going from Division II Truman State to the Big 12.
Other than Ryan and Belanger, our backcourt players have scored a total of 17 career points in college. (I'm counting Diew as frontcourt.)

King: 8 points in 64 minutes over 2 seasons
Dawkins: 9 points in 62 minutes over 1 season
K. Joens: incoming freshman
Jackson: incoming freshman

How many more transfers do you see them adding this offseason?

We have four slots still open for 23-24, but possibly only three open for 24-25 (if Ryan/Diew/Zingaro all take a bonus year). I bet we'd be happy adding at least two more -- perhaps an Ashley type (Beyonce Bea would fit this) and a post (like Ware, but I'm guessing that's not happening). The single-year transfers are nice because they wouldn't affect 2024 recruiting, and there are still some good 2024 freshmen I'm sure we'd like.

Unless we sign some more transfers ( please do) she will play a bunch. We have nobody else. 30+ minutes per game.

A big plus - will be her 5th year. Regardless of the completion, that gives her a big leg up on our incoming freshman.

Bea has been removed from the list, although after the under-the-radar recruiting of Belanger I can't say for certain whether she's actually no longer an option.

On a similar note, I saw a small hint we may have a shot at Aneesah Morrow. We know ISU has contacted her (as mentioned in the "not team cyclones" thread), but I saw something else that may hint at us getting serious consideration. She tweeted that her top 3 are coming soon, so we'll know soon whether I'm delusional or not.

I’d be shocked if Morrow transferred to Iowa State.

Iowa is on her big, no doubt with NIL bundles of benjis.

I'd be happy, but shocked, conjecture in an article gave Morrow's top 5 landing spots:

She's from the Czech Republic, went to Iowa Western CC in 20-21 (free COVID year), and spent the last two years at Sac State (Big Sky Conference). Her first year there she was newcomer of the year and second-team all-Big Sky. This season she was on the first team. This is a conference that still does 5/5/5 for 1st/2nd/3rd team.
