Season updates for ISU signees:

Audi Crooks: 32.3 ppg (75% FG), 14.4 rpg, 2.6 apg, 2.6 bpg. With only 1.7 to/g, her a/to ratio is 1.6. Bishop Garrigan has won it's first two games in the regional tournament 80-27 (Audi scored 35) and 71-50 (Audi scored 44). She shot a combined 38-46 from the field in those games (82.6%). Their next game is tomorrow (2/22) at 7pm against Riceville in the regional championship game. The winner of that game plays in the state quarterfinal on 3/1.

The two teams they lost two have 3 losses between them. Both are near the top of their class rankings.

Jalynn Bristow: I still can't find a good stats source for Bristow. Her Holliday team has won three playoff games so far and will be in the regional semifinal vs Shallowater 2/24 at 6pm.

I found something in a tweet from Feb. 8. According to that tweet by someone from TRN Sports, Bristow is averaging 25.8 points and 14.2 RBs per game. Now, does anyone know about her teammate, Katy Piper, who seems to be leading the team in scoring? Her last two games, she had 26 and 30, respectively, including five 3's in the latter. Looks like she's a 5-11 shooting guard.

Bishop Garrigan took care of business, headed to Des Moines for the
4th year in a row. Crook is looking for 2 titles in a row.
36-20. Crooks with 20. Garrigan plays Martensdale-St. Mary's at 1:30 pm on Wednesday March 1 in the state quarterfinal.

Related note: I looked it up, and the below video is not a legal basketball play. I'm super disappointed.

I missed this -- Holliday defeated Jim Ned 53-40 Saturday to reach the state tournament for the first time in program history. Bristow led her team with 24 points.

They play Thursday at 3pm.
