Walking Dead

All I know is I want a main character(s) to die. Part of the allure of the show is the "nobody is safe" feel. I never considered Bob as a main character so when he died it didn't floor me. I'm talking a Maggie, Glen, Carl...someone needs to go. Someone that will make me sad/mad. I'm slowly losing the adrenaline the show used to give me. Surprise me, TWD.

They said they were going to kill off a few of the large 17 person main cast....which included Bob and Gareth.

I'm betting Rick, Carl, Michonne, and Darryl are untouchable right now. Rick and Carl is the whole focus of the comic and show...what Rick will do to survive and protect Carl. Darryl is insanely popular in the show and Michonne is popular in the comic.

For the other characters, it'll depend on when they feel their story is complete. (Regardless of what happens in the comics as they're different.)

Plus hes completely made up for it. He could go on forever. Or until they get sick of writing for him.
 
What if Darryl is the one to go? I think that would be the most unexpected and powerful departure.

I am not saying that I am a fan of it. Darryl is needed as a character as he can fill any role. This is especially true as they bungled the characterization of Andrea.

Glenn's been too quiet as of late. He's a goner this season IMO. Same thing with Maggie. I bet when/if these two do kick the bucket, they both go together.

Ha, I don't know.... But I agree, anyone should be fair game right now to keep this really on the edge interesting.

Also, the Beth discussion that got going... ha. She has grown as a character IMO. It also helps that she has some looks. I think she sticks around for a while.
 
I guess the two characters they really can't kill off for me are Rick and Judith, possibly Darryl. I am worried about Glen, he has become a favorite of mine and he has been pretty quiet this season.
 
Glenn and/or Maggie is in trouble because they jinxed themselves last season. I think Glenn had a picture of Maggie or something, or Maggie had something of Glenn's and they basically just tossed it because they would be together forever now or something after they found each other again. Don't ever say that in the zombie apocalypse.
 
I don't think they'd kill off Glenn after giving him so little to do this season. Seems more plausible that Carol would be the one to go down after they spent time "finishing her story" more or less.
 
If they do kill of Glenn or Maggie, I think it's only one of them. Then, you have story of how the other continues on.

Am I slightly crazy to wonder if they'll have Noah and Michonne know each other somehow?

I'm really curious about that as well.
 
If Noah indeed is the one that Darryl brings out of the woods there has to be more to his story than we already know. Darryl says, 'look who I found'. That statement means nothing unless the group is familiar with the person in the woods beforehand.

I'm going to be happy when they finish this subplot with slab town. Just kind of boring to me. Next week's episode looks awesome though.

I do think some people will die that are unexpected. Wouldn't be surprised if it's Glenn or Maggie. I like both characters but they aren't doing much anymore. They have both developed and matured and I'm not sure where they go from here. IMO they kill off 1-3 of the regular group and Dawn comes on as a regular cast member.

I think I've only heard him say "Come on out" or something similar.
