Does somebody know how to use an internet wayback machine or something to recover this page? I’d be interested in seeing the designs again. From looking through the CF Archives, one was I-State, another was script Cyclones, and the other was ISU in block letters, but I can’t remember what they all looked like. I think the I-State logo in the contest was a little different from what we actually ended up going with. The new helmets were originally going to be white but fans revolted and we stayed with cardinal.

I remember this voting like it was yesterday. I thought all three of the designs they came up with sucked.

Hated all three designs at the time and still hate I State. Why did they use white helmets? Makes no sense.
Because Gene Cheesedick came from Texas with their white helmets with an orange uterus on it.
I think it was because they wanted I State to win and it looks awful on red.
For sure they stacked the deck. No way the other 2 win that poll and they knew.
I like the script we used this year. Is it the same as this helmet they put up? It looks different from memory.
I generally prefer gear with alternate/throwback logos, but I don’t mind the I State logo as much as others. It’s been good for branding.
