Clean combo, I'm glad we haven't been wearing gold that much. It's very ugly imo.
I guess my only complaint is that it will look like...
White/Navy/White
Cardinal/White/White
...which is a lot of white on the field. Happened @ Akron for us, too.
Whar the gold? Are we going to wear ANY gold elements this year?
Maybe white-gold-white for senior day against OSU?
Then white-cardinal-white in the Big 12 championship?
I'd love to see white-white-gold against KSU and C-W-C against Baylor.

I think the gold would look better if we had gold helmets to go with. I think the gold pants look better with gold jerseys as well.
Unfortunately, gold pants have not been used a lot lately.
I'm at the point now that I think if there is a Gold helmet or Chrome anything it will come out in the last conference game of the season at KState. A lead up to next year.

I'm surprised we haven't gone with these helmets yet. They show them off a lot and I personally think they are cleanest helmet look we have. Would go great with W/W and W/C

I think it was said that CMC is superstitious and because we continue to win with CCC is the reason we "color rushed" with it against TCU, if that is the case I don't expect anything other that CCC next week against OKST. Haha. Sticking with a combo until you lose would be an interesting tradition.
We switched off the white-white-cardinal that served so well in Norman, though.

Wait, we wore that vs Oklahoma, right? White helmet w/ stencil at Akron, w/ normal sticker vs Oklahoma? Or are you also including the stripe, since that was missing at Okla?
Agree will be a lot of white, but worked fine in Akron game.
WVU replies seem to be irritated they look like Penn St with W/B/W and want their traditional B/B/Y, which apparently hasn't been worn all year:

It’s amazing how much better the helmet looks with the cardinal face mask.
