Ive always liked UAB but not going to lie, i know nothing about their team. I hope we just dominate them and make it a quick death then make them suffer only to lose to a monte morris buzzer beater

Let me guess....AUB forum has posts about how they have a couple bigs and they will let us know they will dominate our small line-up. Kinda like how UCONN(2012) was going to, or even more comical, those big white stiff from Notre dame(2013).
Their most recent post (on page 10) shows a picture of the Floyd trophy and how we worship it. I'm not sure if someone is trolling or actually serious about the pic and don't get that there is a difference between Iowa State and Iowa (and honestly, some people don't get that at all). Like here, so hard to tell when people are joking or not when they don't indicate that they're joking. Personally, I thought it was funny, but who knows...

This appears to be their version of the Blaze statue. Apparently they worship their mascot as intensely as the bammers do their Bear Bryant bronze statue. We need find a way to get this thing dressed in Blazer gear, somehow:
I like them. It's pretty clear they're joking (at least most of them are) and can take it not too seriously. First time I've ever liked anything about Alabama.

They got smoked by Wisconsin and UNC, the two teams of ISU's caliber that they played.
Frankly, I was surprised to see UAB as just a 14 seed. I was thinking they would be an 11 or 12 at worst. I also have been reading stuff on the Blazer forum. It's obvious that they know that we are reading their forum, and vice versa. But they seem over confident. I have not seen them play, but historically they don't have a bad basketball program. Louisville is roughly a 5 1/2 hour drive from Birmingham, so it is damn near a home game for them. My favorite quote from a poster on the Blazer message board was (paraphrasing here) "You do realize Iowa State is in Des Moines right?"
The ability of this fan base to detect trolling is pathetic. Been like that for years, especially this site.... Unless BBHMagic is doing a double troll, in which case well done (golf clap)...
