One positive thing I've noticed so far is the solid effort and attitude from Tyler Harris. His lateral quickness on the ball handler last night was very impressive and created opportunity for turnovers. He has obvious limitations due to his size but as long as the effort continues he can absolutely be a good role player for us.

I agree - he has energy and effort we don’t see all the time. Don’t let Prohm see this or Harris will be benched for the next 4 games
Yeah, the kid plays hard, especially on defense.

He still hasn't found his shot here but he plays harder than anyone else. We haven't had guards that could pickup their guy in the backcourt since the Larry years. Sucks he'll be stuck behind JCL all year, Prohm loves his seniors.
No doubt. I chalk a lot of his production problems up to an aimlessly coached team on offense, but not a poor effort on his part. Effort shows up regardless of box scores and should be recognized and lauded.
Harris has been good from an effort standpoint, even if it isn't manifesting itself in the box score yet. I do think if other player could match his intensity it would go a long ways to making us competitive. Too much lackadaisical play last night, especially from Solo and Bolton, guys that we need to be better. Hopefully Harris rubs off on these guys and not vice-a-versa.
I noticed his hustle & quickness during the Iowa game (first game I got to watch the team) and really appreciated his effort and aggressiveness on D.

I'd take him firing one from the Pioneer logo over a contested Javan Johnson dribble pull up three any day.
Agree - might as well play Harris, not like the other guys are scoring, and Harris at least gives'em the business on defense.
Bolton is a walking turnover when asked to be the primary ball handler. Which sucks becuase I like having Harris off the ball and available to hit open 3's.

I like Harris's aggression on D. He played almost the entire second half, so I believe he is earning Prohm's trust. He really seemed to get in Bohannon's head a bit in the Iowa game. With his size, other teams will really try to rub him off hard on the high ball screen, so it will be up to the other defender to play that well as I haven't seen Harris trying to power through screens and almost always seems to try to go over the top.
JCL may be a more consistent shooter, we will see how that plays out over time, but he is a bit of a matador on defense. Foster also feels like he is bringing more than Conditt already.
