Watch no prime-time TV except sports. Wait for the good show to go into syndication, set DVR and watch when you want.

Why do you have to wait for syndication? Why not just DVR and watch when you want?

Watch whatever seems good. If I miss a show I enjoy and want to watch, I find it online whenever I am bored and remember I missed it.
