Thanks to everyone for the assistance, I think this has helped me find a solution:
Playstation Vue free day trial using VPN to make it think I am in the U.S. The hard part was figuring out that my work VPN for some reason creates an IP address that is "from" Atlanta Georgia. Once I matched the zip code in the PSVue system to my Atlanta IP address the channels work. I suppose the game could be blacked out so it might not work ultimately, but I am watching Fox Sports MW right now.

YouTube TV lists the Iowa State game as being shown on Fox Sports North PLUS.

I added live tv to my hulu account this morning. It includes fox sports north plus as I am in iowa. I think it depends on the location but for those in what I would think would be most of the midwest could launch a hulu free trial with the live tv add on to be able stream the game.
I love YouTube TV. Been a very happy customer since the Super Bowl. They do offer a free week so depending upon if you signed up already it may be something to consider. Very easy to cancel if you decide not to keep the product. Also...offerings differ in certain regions so I hope you are in the FSN North region! Go State!!
Edit: saw you are in the MSP area...so you would be good to go I would guess!
Fox Sports North "Minnesota" is showing local sports but most carriers have the "alternate" FSN also. Comcast does and that has the national broadcast, ISU.
Hoping the sport bar guys have this figure out. Going to give them like 5 minutes and if they **** it up I am off for home to watch.
In eastern Iowa on YouTube TV we get both FSN North and Midwest along with the alternates for both networks (in addition to NBC Sports Chicago and it's alternate). So we are covered pretty well here in terms of sports. Good luck at the bar! Go STATE!!

Well fail on Fox Sports North. Its supposed to be on FSN plus but they are showing nothing right now. Looks like I have to stream it.
