Unfortunately..I tuned in just to hear "a take" on the Texas game...he made fun of Clone fan reaction video on the "kick." Typical of local Hawksters and media who attempt to diminish the moment. Sorry I listened.

Clapping Kirk and the Hawks huge win over the Hapless Huskers should be on every sports show ... now that is what we are all interested in.
Travis, the Hok fan that lives in Omaha that sends his kid to KU? Never heard of him. Sounds messed up. 
No one should be surprised. He’s got to do his ball-washing due diligence for the hawks listeners.
After praising KWWL sports a few weeks ago, I was disappointed on Saturday night. The lead and big sports story was the "huge Heroes rivalry game" and Iowa State beating a Top 25 Blue Blood on the road to move to 7-2 and essentially clinching a spot in the conference title game was an afterthought.
Unsure but it guarantees that your spouse was related to you before you were married.
You can only expect so much. They have to gin up the excitement from somewhere for all those tavern hawks and trailer hawks and such.
No need to gin up excitement. Going 4-2 against what has typically been one of the worst divisions in P5 by most SoS systems has been getting Iowa fans excited for 20 years.

I think he is the worst "sports" radio hosts on Des Moines radio. His interviews are atrocious and his attempts at being funny often backfire (See: interview with Ben Jacobsen after UNI had dropped something like 5 straight).
He's just like Ross in that he's not going to give an opinion, he's going to tell you something as if it's fact, as if he's lived enough of a life to know the truth and you, the listener, are just too dumb to understand the truth.
When MSU was going through the Nassar trial and Shawn Johnson came forward with allegations of abuse, the first thing he said was, "Well, why is she just coming forward now?". This was AFTER they had the writers of the ESPN story on to talk about how awful Nassar was.
The morning the guy in Des Moines killed two cops, Travis was very adamant that he wanted to do Sean's Morning Dump still. End the show with a funny moment, right!? Two cops were gunned down, the shooter was at large, Heather is married to DSMP's most known cop...and he wanted to lighten things up.
I could go on and on about what an awful radio personality and human Travis is, but I'm going to end it with his pathetic desire to live vicariously through Sean.
That show is horrible. Having Parizek on there every week is enough for me to not listen now-a-days anyway.
