This week's games ...

Baylor +13.5 @ ISU - seems right
WVU +7 @ Texas - take the points
TxT +10 @ TCU - coming off shelling, take toads
Ku + 38 @ OU - could be 50
oSu -11 @ K-State - not enough
Are you bolding the teams you are picking to win?

Even if it made us worried about some new suprise dog in the big 12 fight, I am COMPLETELY fine with WV taking down the Fighting Herman's this weekend, essentially knocking them out of the race for good.

Either outcome would not be a big surprise in this one, unlike the others.

oSu -11 @ K-State - not enough - 3:00 Fox

Yikes, that down on your team after one L?
I really like KState and points there especially at home... thats pretty insulting especially considering Okie St really hasn't blown anyone out of the water.

Come on, man. K-State lost its senior QB v. TxT. At WVU both the best defender, AJ Parker, and best receiver, Briley Moore, were out, the latter injured during the game. Without them, K-State is a decided underdog v. oSu.

Think where ISU would be without Purdy, Kolar, and Elsworth?

ISU to win, Baylor to cover - I'm envisioning a 10-13 pt game. I wish the weather were crappier. Baylor doesn't deserve anything besides freezing on the sidelines.

Texas to win and cover - but this game has the feel of a classic let-down game for Texas. WVU winning would not surprise me at all.

TCU winning, but Tech covering - I'm not convinced TCU can keep Tech more than arms-length away

OU to win and cover - OU's punter can probably leave his helmet in his locker for this one

OSU to win, KSU to cover - it'll be fun to see which team bounces back from their first conference loss.

I didn't hear about the losses at the WVU game, but not out of line to let things unravel on a road game. Wouldnt surprise me to turn things around after tough loss and i'm not sold at all on OSU.

It's Eisworth, but I get your point.

Hyperbole, but I get your point.

-ISU wins, Baylor covers
-Texas wins and covers
-TCU wins and covers
-OU wins and probably covers
-OSU wins, KSU covers

This is what I've got and I'm solid on OU covering. They've been out for blood since our game.

ISU wins and covers
Texas wins, WVU covers
TCU wins, Tech covers
OU wins and KU covers backdoor after OU pulls starters going into the 4th
OSU wins and covers

I can't see a scenario with WV beating Texas not causing me to be surprised.
We shall see which Texas shows up. They have been all over the place this year and WVU has been getting better on offense to go with that defense.
