When I worked for the State of Iowa Auditors office I was working on the audit of the Eldora Training School. I was being shown around the place by a female staff member, we happened to be in a hallway as the inmates were passing between classes. As we stood off to the side letting them pass this one "kid" (14 years old) walked by and gave the lady one of the scariest looks I'd ever seen someone give. After he passed she asked me if I saw the look he gave her, she then proceeded to tell me he was 14 and wasn't supposed to have any contact with females because he had molested his 4 year old niece. This "kid" did not look 14 at all, he looked like he could have been a starting LB for a college team, it was nuts.
