Refs must have had a different end zone camera angle. Without seeing the ball I'm surprised they said "clearly recovered" in bounds. TV angles looked like it was but couldn't see the ball clearly to be able to overturn that.

I really don't know why the flagrant 1/ flagrant 2 rule seems to not cross the minds of anyone in power with this. Easy and obvious fix
There is no doubt in my mind that refs would screw up this kind of judgement call on the regular.

Let's just follow the NFL and make it yards but no ejection... and after today it has to be called on the field and can only be picked up on replay. No way should replay be able to add a targeting penalty that was uncalled. We don't allow that for things like holding or PI, shouldn't occur here either.

I don’t know if it’s good or bad but this happens so unbelievably often that I’m just numb to it now.

That crew shouldn’t be allowed near a peewee football game, let alone a major CFB game. Absolutely gifted Baylor 14

The only call that they got wrong was the ISU force player cutting the BU Olineman. That should not have been a flag.
Yeah, I still don’t think it’s a 15-yard unnecessary roughness penalty because a linebacker pushes a receiver to the ground.

Also its less that we thought the Freyler call was wrong as it is Baylor committed multiple infractions just as bad if not worse and they weren’t even reviewed.

I try not to ever be part of these ref conversations, but today was absolute horse ****.
You got a TD on review. I think it was the correct call, but could have easily been reviewed as Play Stands.
The block below the waste on the pulling lineman was a miss. I can see why he called it from where he was, but it was a bad call on a conversion down.
I truly don't have a problem with any other call

That is all
Those three flags in the first half (which were drive extenders), all made me want to puke.

The phantom targeting by Freiler, the horrible call on Colby Reeder for unnecessary roughness, and one other one - totally killed us. The rest of the game was just trying to play catch up.
