Thank you team

I’d love to see this junk yard dog mentality with more talent - thanks to this group of scrappers I think that will happen soon.

Great foundation for the program to be built on, well done TJ and players.

The crazy thing to me, a lot of outsiders talked down on our success as if it wasn’t built. As if “transfers” aren’t culture. But these guys had to trust each other, had to gel, and come up to speed as a team in one off-season.

You look at the turnaround, it’s clear they trusted each other, bought in, and fought their asses off all season. Sure, it didn’t always culminate. Sometimes they took hard lumps on the head. But they always fought.

Imagine what this team could do with a few years together. Damn proud.

**** outsiders

I'm tired and sad so I'll make it short. Wild season, pretty much an unthinkable year. The highs and lows were pretty much as high and low as you can get. Love you guys, thanks for making college basketball fun again for me this year. Get back in it next year
Damn straight. And we'll be back next year. This is only the start of some good times ahead, I think...

100% agree, came out and played their ass off seemingly every night.

This team had heart that is for sure. We really had no business winning 2 games in the tourney this year. Finally have basketball that isn't painful to watch...seems like a win to me

One thing I think is underestimated and that I really appreciated was the way this team got down and played D even during long droughts and through tons of missed shots (including a TON of bunnies). That is mental toughness. Anyone that has played knows how deflating that can be to a team on the floor.

It's why so many of us loved Dustin Hogue when he was here. Dude was a fighter. I'd love to have that constant alpha mentality on our team (like TT has had the last few years).
