Going to Austin for the first time for the game in October. Tickets through ISU are $100 which I think is pretty pricey. is it better to buy tickets in the secondary market or just spend the $100 through ISU?
Maybe the better question is what sections are the visitors in?
Maybe the better question is what sections are the visitors in? One website had the visitors in about 10 different sections with some being in the upper corner. If I am dropping $100 I don't want to need an oxygen tank to survive the game
You want a bargain, try to find a Texas friend who wants to "enjoy" the game by watching you watch us lose.
You might have a heart attack from the beating we're most likely going to receive.
and we had more players in this years NFL draft than TX,...................oh wait.ISU kicked Texas' butt in 2010 in Austin. I was there, we dominated, Garrett Gilbert was getting lit up.
ISU got screwed last year in Ames, should have won.
Have some pride in your team.

I'm going down there too with a group of friends. Any idea what's going on in Austin that weekend besides the game? Hotel prices around 6th street are 300/night minimum right now.
