Oh man. You completely missed the point. I'm clearly not comparing their success levels.
My point was when those two guys started having success they became commodities and could have left but didn't. Then they didn't sustain success. Snyder did. My entire original post was about the success Snyder sustained.
It's really not a difficult concept to grasp.
