Survivor: One World

Unless they're not showing us something, I don't understand everyone's irrational dislike for Christina. Sure, she hasn't played a masterful game and she's not the brightest bulb, but she's not a B or anything and yet it's as if they all despise her. Maybe I just answered my own question, maybe it's BECAUSE she's not a ***** like the rest of them that they don't like her.

Plus, she's got some nice taters.

She seems decent. Like you said, that's why she doesn't fit in with those people.

Nasty season filled with dumb people.

Tarzan is playing a great game if his goal was to finish 3rd. He's got no shot because even though most of the jury will be men, none of them respect him.

If there was a vote for a winner right now, Kim would win unanimously. In the previews for next week it talks about being a perfect time for a blindside (true point) but then they go on to discuss blindsiding Kat. Kat! Are you freakin kidding me! I think I gave the womens tribe too much credit for being smart. I think the men this season were just that stupid.

No kidding, if the men know that Tarzan had a hand in voting most of them out he's got zero respect on the jury if he happens to make it to the final 3. There isn't a lot of intelligence left in this bunch. Tarzan and Kat are the village idiots, Christina and Alicia aren't too far behind them and Sabrina has just been lying in the weeds and been a yes man to however people want her to vote. If anyone other than Kim or Chelsea want to win this game now is the time to make their move and turn the tables on those 2 and win over some jury votes by blindsiding the 2 strongest players left.

And I'm still just stunned that Alicia is a Special Ed teacher. The comment she made last night about "if they were one of my students" WOW! I'm betting she will get some backlash from some parents and the school after this is over, we already saw how her and Colton treated Christina earlier. Someone in a job that she has should be a better person than what we have seen. I know if I had a kid she was teaching I sure wouldn't want her around them after seeing this.

My fearless and logicless prediction of the Final 3: Kim, Alicia, Kat. Kim because she's the closest to a mastermind. Alicia is Kim's lapdog (but don't tell her that). Kat, because she'll rise up in the last immunity challenge, provided it doesn't require actual "thinking." (Kim wins in this scenario)
- Kim will have to sacrifice Chelsea at some point. Too dangerous to have her in the Final 3.
- Tarzan gets an unfortunate rip in the banana hammock, and is voted off in disgust.
- Christina's been on borrowed time for a while
- Sabrina's a non-entity, but could back into the Final 3 if Kat stumbles.

I didn't understand the hate for Christina until she didn't care that the women were going to throw her votes, she then went and told Troyzan to basically vote for her, and she was border line incoherent at tribal.

I think she makes Kat look like a genius.

Playing the game: Kim, Alecia, Sabrina
Not sure: Kat - she's actually probably playing but is not smart enough
Pawns: Tarzan, Christina, Chelsea

I disagree with this, I think Chelsea is definately playing the game, she's been a threat to win immunity and has already won it once. Sabrina is hard to read, she's a mix of a pawn and not sure because she's had multiple opportunities to better her position in the game but in the end stuck with being another sheep in the herd and following Kim's vote. In a perfect world Tarzan, Christina, and Kat make it to the final 3 and the jury votes would be all over the place because they are probably the least 3 likely to win right now.

Yeah, last night was the first time I ALMOST understood why they didn't like her. But still, she's not a ***** or anything, she's just dumb. It ain't hurtin' Kat so far.

Chelsea is the pawn standing right in front of Kim. I don't think she's doing any of the thinking.

What I found hilariuos about last night's episode was how Kat complained the whole show about not wanting people to think she was a follower. She said over and over how she needs to show people that she's the one calling the shots and making decisions for the tribe. Then at the end follows Kim's orders to a T.

I haven't watched too much of this season but that was my general feeling as well. It seems that kim is trying a lot harder to keep the alliance together or at least please the other players. I think damage control was the right term Kim had to use for Kat.

I would really like to see one of the pawns rise up, form an alliance, and kick out the stronger players. The problem is I don't think any of them have the skill or tact to do it. Christina is too big of an idiot. Last night when she was being told that votes would come her way should have been a huge red flag. Also I think Kat is too emotional and doesn't have the skill.

I have been appreciative of the eye candy this season but I would much happier with people that actually know how to play the game. I am starting to look forward to big brother where I already know there will be idiots but at least some people that will play the game well.

Yeah, Christina was so stupid with being OK with a few votes going her way. Let's say Tarzan actually did have an idol, you are gone. That basically was the women's way of saying you are on the bottom of the alliance since none of them were willing to risk it being them and at that point Christina should have flipped it back at them saying find another sucker willing to take a couple votes else Kat and I are voting with the guys. Kat not being picked to go on reward should have been her wakeup call too that she's in the same boat with Christina but she's proven to be dumb as a doorknob in this game. If Kim was worried about Kat not following her lead she would have taken her on reward to keep Troyzan from plotting with her. It just baffles me how people can be so stupid where they stand in the game when it gets to this point. If you are not looking out for yourself and making bold moves to better your spot in the game you are going to be voted out when it's your time if you be someone else's pawn. Kat and Christina could have changed the game last night by going with Troyzan and Tarzan which would have put Sabrina in a tough spot to make a choice if she wanted to take her chance at the tiebreaker or flip sides and better her spot in the end. Kat and Christina are #6 and #5 to go when/if Tarzan goes next, why not put yourself in a spot to at least be in the top 4.

The last immunity challenge will be one of those endurance challenges I bet. At least it seems like that's always the last challenge.

I think you have the right logic in your final three but I'm betting on Chelsea being the one blindsiding Kim. It won't be in the next two weeks but once it gets down to 5 one of those two will not be there. I think it will be Chelsea, Sabrina, and Alicia.

I too would love to see both Chelsea and Kim taken out and have a final tribal council full of people who really don't deserve it. At least it would provide some drama and intrigue.

Better than Kim standing in front of Chelsea, IYKWIS.

Agreed. It would be hard not to just follow her around all day like a puppy.
Oh, you need me to vote for so and so, done.
Oh, you want to eat my rice, done.
Oh, you want me to keep you warm at night, done and done.

I just finished the show online. I took a few things away from it.
1. Alicia saying that comment about Christina and her students was terrible.
2. Christina telling Troy she was going to be the one receiving votes made her look real stupid.
3. I liked seeing Chelsea even more than usual during the challenge.

It's too bad Troy couldn't have hung in there a little longer. Hopefully something happens to make the season enjoyable until the end.

Let's see...a show 1) whose ratings have been continually dropping over the duration of the series, 2) whose previous "season" in the fall of 2011 drew nearly the worst (if not the worst) ratings since the series inception, and 3) has a large male demographic amongst its viewers, somehow ends up with a cast of mostly-attractive, bikini-clad women body-surfing down an oiled tarp as the season finale draws near.

I would have never seen that coming...

Are you saying something like this was planned all along.

Alicia the most powerful player in the game?

To burrow a phrase from Justin Hamilton:

Bahahahahahahahahahah!
