Got the stimmy on the 14th, turned around and paid the property taxes with it

Should've filed my taxes sooner I guess. Had a kid in 2020, so her chunk of it waits until next year

I haven't gotten mine, I filed taxes not long ago hoping to get my 2020 baby in there in time. Received my federal money already as well.

This makes me feel a bit better. What happens if you go to the IRS site and enter your info for stim payment status? Have you tried that?

Not yet.
IRS Status still says "Payment Status - Not Available".

I've also filed my 2020 returns, back on March 3rd. Got my tax refund in a week, so I know they have my direct deposit information. Not sure what the hold up is on the stimulus.

I don’t think we qualify because I sold an investment property, which probably out our income over the limit.

Wr already filed our 2020 taxes, if I would have waited, we would have qualified.
