And the part where they all stand there and watch while the droid shields are down. Was semi hoping R2 would give air support before he left but guess not.
Yeah, and it's not like Din and Fett both didn't have starships at their disposal. Or you know, a heavily fortified location that would have minimized collateral damage the city.

Sounds like I am in the minority. But I really liked season 1. Sets up plenty of storylines in the future.
I enjoyed it just fine, but it certainly didn't live up to the hype Robert Rodriguez tried build for it. And his episodes were the weakest by far when it came to story telling.

This review sums up a lot of the issues I had with it, the biggest reason being why does Fett even care.

I could not contain my inner child.
Absolutely cheered at this part.
Mixing universes
"WE have a RANCOR!
Now he's King Kong!

Yeah - the battle tactics were totally stupid, but let's get real. When have the good guys EVER had perfect battle plans in the Star Wars universe??

I'm not nearly as vested in the Star Wars canon as some of you. I basically sit back and enjoy the story-telling. So yeah, I enjoyed The Book of Boba Fett. I DID find it a bit odd how little he was featured in the last two episodes, but since I love Din & Grogu, I really didn't mind all that much. :)

Spent most of the scorpion droid sequence expecting R2 to provide air support, even had an opportunity for some fan service cheese having R2 see the Naboo starfighter.

Overall it was, fine. Really enjoyed seeing Cad Bane, allowing Filoni to play off stories he did in Clone Wars is great. Boba Fett being the benevolent daimyo is just such a mess. The fight scene with he and Din against the Pykes was the first time I felt like we were seeing the one man army I always pictured as a kid (mostly built up from Legends novels).

Star Wars fanatics continue to be the worst. Lets watch something and totally trash it and then watch the next thing they put out and trash it too!!

The constant whining about the special effects, stories, canon....yada yada yada...If I felt this way about something I wouldnt continue wasting time on it.

Captured a lot of my thoughts, without the mandalorian it was a hot mess.

BOBF Season 1 was fun. I agree the Star Wars fanboyz are mostly stupid. While I agree the Disney sequel trilogy was a total cluster ****, everything else Disney has put out has been pretty dang good.

The Mandalorian, to me, is what most people wanted out of Boba Fett from the first time they saw his armor. It's the far more interesting series and he's a far more interesting character. That said, I need more live action star wars... keep it coming!

Through episode 3 of BF. Was skeptical after the first episode and didn't even watch ep. 2 for several weeks. It turns around in a big way, to me. Very, very solid so far.

It was enjoyable. Lots of fan service and fun action set pieces. I'm over the character of Boba Fett. I never liked how they tied Boba/Jango to the whole clone war thing, and the character has just gotten more confusing and inconsistent as time has gone on. However, I don't feel he is going to be a major player going forward considering they took a third of the series and basically made it a prequel to Mando season 3 with Boba having little to do with the story in the meat of the series.

There have been rumors of a Boba movie/series for almosta decade now. It's almost like they felt they HAD to do a Boba thing so they put this out there to put it to rest.

Can't wait for Obi-Wan Kenobi on May 25th.

Apparently Solo "tanking" killed the rumored Fett movie.

It feels like they just chose the wrong era of Boba Fett to show us. I get the whole Mando is the flag bearer of the franchise right now so we have to be able to cross him over, but seeing Fett become the most feared bounty hunter in the galaxy could have been fun.

My big hope for a Star Wars scene is either an appearance by Asoka in Obi Wan or having a flash back in her own series... I really want to see her and Anakin come face to face after his transition to Darth Vader.

Twilight of the apprentice, 2 part season 2 finale of Rebels actually is some of the best SW ever created.

You just gave me good reason to go back to Rebels and watch it. I only got about 9-10 episodes in. Stopped too soon it appears.

Yeah, early on it’s very childish and cartoony, but gets a little more mature later on. It’s still a kids show, but does grow up a little , if that makes sense.
