I don't think the skill sets are all that different.I wonder if Raynor will be anything like Seneca Wallace?

Raynor seems more crafty as a runner than explosive like Wallace. Seneca was a unique talent with rare arm/legs combo. I feel like we might overrate Raynor because he was so frustrating to play, not necessarily that he was a spectacular talent. He understands angles and can make guys miss in small spaces. I worry that many of our fans are going to expect too much from him. I expect him to be a solid game manager that can occasionally make a big play.I wonder if Raynor will be anything like Seneca Wallace?

That's all I expected from Rocco and agree the expectation for Raynor stays the same.I worry that many of our fans are going to expect too much from him. I expect him to be a solid game manager that can occasionally make a big play.
This. Rocco was never more than an average Big 12 QB who was, however, usually good in the clutch. But his numbers were often pedestrian.Well said.

I think it's going to be a much better year than some think. Maybe even a more fun year than many in recent memory.Staying tough in what could be a brutal year is what will keep the Cyclone faithful interested and willing to give time.
