Man I hate the water saver showerheads that feel like you are being misted. I need a showerhead that blasts. I feel cleaner with those. The surround hydrotherapy ones would be sweet.

I think there is a way on a lot of those shower heads to remove a little piece to get more pressure.

We do... it was hard to get used to having the water falling straight down instead of coming in at an angle, but we like it now. It's not for everyone though, I can certainly understand why some people wouldn't like them.

Don't you have to let your wife/gf/significant other choose the shower head/shower massage? After all, it MUST work for her needs, right?

I've got one of those in "my" bathroom. (the wife has too much crap in our master bathroom, so I just gave up and claimed the hallway john as my own)

Anyway, I really like it. It has a nice, wide distribution of water, and the one that I have sits up really high. I hate shower heads that only come up to my chin, so this one was perfect for me. Like ColoradoClone said, it is a little different, so it takes some getting used to, but now I wouldn't go back.
