I’ll turn in my man card if this is a dumb question. A ******* wren got stuck and wouldn’t leave my garage. I winged it and sure and **** the damn this flew across to whole f ing Garage and bleed over all the kids crap. Bikes t ball bats etc. do I need to be concerned about this or how do I clean it up.

You should probably expect other parents to give you a wide berth at the playground and Little League, otherwise no harm, the blood won't cause any permanent disability. The extra space could be a good thing.

Cold water will wash it off anything plastic/otherwise impervious, with a little scrubbing if it has dried by now. Clothing will take some appropriate laundry assistance: do NOT try to rinse it out with hot water.

BTW, likely a sparrow, not a wren. Might seem like a minor quibble, but people like wrens.

Clorox spray? That work. Just notice the damned thing crapped on the top of my kids hot wheels.

No my parents garage doors weren’t working at the time because I didn’t pay my 10 dollar rent.

Yes I freaking tried that! The damn thing was dumber and less logical than yeah buddy.

Honestly sounding like Herky might be the perfect name for this thing. If it was banging another wren in the bathroom before you shot it then it's pretty well decided.

The scariest revelation in this thread is that you've managed to procreate.

You should be able to do a blood alcohol test on the residue left on the kids' toys. If it's an epic .341, it's pretty well decided. YOLO!
