This is being talked about of Penn State board. Anyone know anything about him? What weight, year, etc

Hearing so far Rutgers, Iowa State, NC State -- though it's early and he's not in a hurry to choose, so I'd expect the list to grow.
Also hearing he's leaning Rutgers but not sure how serious that is, or merely it was his first visit. When I had heard, he had ISU and NCSU scheduled but hadn't visited or hosted the coaches.
He supposedly wants to be near home, so Dresser might have a hard sell.
