Anyone have experience with nerite snails and Betta fish? I did a lot of research and it sounded like most of the time these two coexist with no problems. Today I noticed there is no snail in the shell

Been re-watching Star Trek, TOS. I saw a few episodes when the series was first broadcast. Mostly became a fan during early 70s when it was 5:00 afternoons on WQAD out of Moline. Anyway, I haven't watched since then and decided to see how it looked/felt all these decades later.
Two things (beyond the Shatner overacting, of course):
Evidently, between the 1960s and the time of the show the technology for seat belts has been lost. Almost every episode has everyone on the bridge being flung across the screen like rag dolls. Guessing they didn't have a safety engineer during design of the star ships.
Secondly, the development of the touchscreen was not foreseen. Everything is push buttons. Often several buttons of various colors pushed, in what seems like random order, to effect an operation. Can't really fault them for that but it does scream "DATED FUTURE DEPICTION"
That and the puffy 60's women's hairstyles and ultra short mini-skirt uniforms.
