I did not know her maiden name was Christine Perfect! Fleetwood Mac was pretty perfect there for a time. Good band.

Their three voices (the later well known lineup) come together like practically no other band.

If anybody doesn't have them in top ten pop/rock acts of all time it's just bias against the massive commercial success. Now younger generations discover them without any preconceived notions and are blown away. I really started listening to them in the late 90s as a college student and absolutely loved it. I like the original lineup older blues inspired rock too but obviously it has 1% of the commercial appeal.

My better half is ten years younger and they really weren't familiar with them. But I'll play albums and they'll say 'wow they sang this too? AND THIS?!'

Just making and surviving the Rumors album was amazing.

So many videos out there about it. Drugs, everybody *******, breaking up, and then writing/performing songs about the breakups.

KDAT soft rock is/was always on at my house throughout high school etc and a lot of 70's Fleet is on full rotation. So 'Say You Love Me' or something has a pretty warm spot for me.

Sobering how fast that time has gone by.

One of my favorite FM songs. Written by McVie pre Nicks/Buckingham. Early stuff is highly underrated IMO.
