Residential Solar Panels

thats awesome, we have dreamed about putting some on a morton building. You can source used panels that are still 90%+.
Newer panels are about 1-1.5% degrade per year. The older ones are 2-3%. I have LG panels. There are some cheaper ones that apparently aren’t as efficient.

It it wasn’t for the REAP grant and the state and federal tax credits, it would have never paid for itself.

Anyone have experience with SolQ? They came around earlier this summer and did an instal at a neighbors house. I'm interested, but we're planning on moving this summer.

Don't get solar unless you plan on staying in the house for at least 5+ years. The ROI can still pencil out without the federal tax credit for those using a lot of energy and/or your house is inefficient, but it's very much case by case. My company is still selling solar, but we don't push it hard like the out of state companies do.
