After this winter my answer is ... everywhere.

Glad to see some of the big potholes I drive by every day were already on the map!

They're being 'patched' by a none perm blacktop/gravel solution. It only last something like three days, and you have to patch it again and again until we are out of the freeze. Only at that point will these potholes be repaired. Who do you suppose is paying for all this?
