Adding THT and Shayok to Wigginton and Lard will dramatically change our offense next year
Haliburton is lost in the shuffle from a hype standpoint, but when I watch him I see a player who athletic enough to create a bit, long enough to defend, and is an excellent distributor.Haliburton had a big night earlier this week:
32 pts (11-12 overall, 1-2 from 3, 9-9 FT), 7 rebounds, 5 asts, 3 blks, 1 stl.
Things i've noticed from @NorthHoops (instagram) box scores:
-He's very efficient from the field
-Doesn't take a lot of three pointers
-Very good free throw shoter
-Has come close to double digit steals in a handful of games

Here's his stat line according to www.wissports.net (no idea how accurate it is, but it's comprehensive):
Games: 17
ppg: 21.9
apg: 6.9 A/T: 3.25
rpg: 5.9
spg: 3.8
FG%: 68.3
3PM/3PA: 13/32 3P%: 40.6%
FT%: 84%
bpg: 1.6
Previous year's numbers are messed up (more three point attempts than field goal attempts) so it's hard to gauge what the trend is with three point shooting. One possibility is that having another scorer with D1 interest on the team, and being the primary ball handler, he's just more content with facilitating.
THT's 34 point game yesterday..
Agree. Every time I watch him play I'm surprised at how fluid he is. I think most people probably underestimate both his athleticism and game IQ. He glides for a dude who's 6'-6" and rail thin.
Has anybody measured his wingspan?
I believe it's 7'1". Curious to know his arm length though, since his shoulders are so broad.Has anybody measured his wingspan?
That's who he's comped to. He actually mentioned the comparison, I believe in his story in the Daily.Fluid as in Diante Garrett-esque?? As a freshmen that is.

Edit after seeing above post: I'm pretty sure this is what I've seen, but I don't remember where, and could be wrong.
Double edit: the post before this one is a joke, I'm just realizing.
6'-10", man, 6'-10".
Sorry, I had to go there because bored tonight.

THT has a 7-1 wingspan.
