Sorority Sex Kittens part 4 is a good watch. College themed, too!

Not really sustainable, but I found watching Iowa State sports during cardio was great. The natural adrenaline of ups and downs feeds nicely into the cardio output.

The wife doesn’t love the time spent watching sports, so this is definitely another ‘two birds/one stone’ situation, like gaming for others

I really liked “The Americans” It’s about a seemingly normal couple who are actually Soviet spies. There are several seasons.

Side note: I genuinely enjoy cardio outdoors….

But when stuck on the treadmill at the local gym in the winter, I find I don’t have enough bandwidth to watch any kind of show

Instead, I find specific types of fairly slow paced folk-ish songs with narrative story lyrics are great for passing the time. I have a Pandora station seeded with Todd Snider that is perfect for this (while I jog on the treadmill and creepily watch everyone else at the gym workout)

My favorite is probably a weighed vest (40 lbs) walk outside listening to a book or podcast.

How long you walking with that vest? I guarantee 40 lbs is doing a number on those shoulders/traps after about 40-45 minutes. I walk a little over 90 minutes with 25 lbs and those traps are on fire the last 10 minutes or so.

I don't know. It's not a cornerstone of my workout routine. I'll go for a 30 minute walk maybe on days I can't make it to the gym in the morning for whatever reason.

I have a push mower, and I'll wear it while I'm mowing the lawn, which takes about 60 minutes. Im in pretty good shape, but that can get brutal in the heat.

I settled on Titan (HBO MAX). Its a DC Comics show that I started and liked a few years agobut got away from. 4 seasons, episodes 45 - 55 minutes, medium plot high action. Perfect for distracting from cardio without being too distracting.
