I never do like that this game is usually their first road game of the year. Agree though, they need to win this one.

Same with me, Hok fans were going crazy with Floyd coaching out on the court, sometimes in front of the ref. Hilarious. I’ll never go back to that landfill site.I watched the Cyclones drill the Hawks in 1994, Tim Floyd's first season. Went with my uncle who was a huge Hawk fan.
I won't make a huge effort to go back. Watching any game in Hilton is far more fun...although I'm sure going to Carver would be a lot cheaper!

Which is such a dumb move by the fanbase. I'm not saying to not support the women's team but as a fan I would support my teams revenue generating sport over a team that is costing the AD money.

I think the beauty of our team this year is that one guys isn't going to necessarily kill you. We can also score in multiple ways so we are really tough to defend. We will absolutely try to get downhill early and often and get Freeman in foul trouble. Iowa's guards haven't been pushed yet this season... that will change Thursday night.

ISU can't sell out 61,500 seats for a football game in 20 degree weather - they suck.
Iowa can't get Hok fans to even buy 1/2 the seats in Carver-Bandag Arena for their biggest rival... So, again, ISU sucks.
Hassell, a St Ambrose graduate, is the ultimate tavern hawk, and only a tavern hawk would criticize ISU fans for all the empty Carver seats.
