A savvy lawyer would have fun deposing the Texas AD for comments he has made in press conferences on reasons Texas bolted and the lawsuits that led to the settlement. Schools would have to be named as defendants. Plus, that meeting with between the big 10 and SEC with all the lawyers present? Nearly all of it dealt with the settlement.

The B10 simps/symps are really having a difficult day here with this. The TV kickoff time with an ET team is issue #1. The NFL would never schedule like that in your prior lame attempt to make an NFL comparison.

Now you're being a real dumba$$ here. Again, it is just as much about effing up viewing audience optimization with an ET team as it is with putting an onerous travel burden on an East Coast team that could have easily been avoided with another West Coast team.

Also what ET viewing audience is there for Rutgers? Doubt there is any drop off from their normal game on BTN in the middle of the day on Saturday. Because again it’s Rutgers.
