I will always be a Nick Babb stan. He was our best overall defender last year and the best pick and roll defender by far, even while being hurt.

Same here. People may not realized how hurt he was in 17-18 and he still went for 11pts, 7 assists and 7 rebounds a game. He's almost in the same boat IMO as Tyray Pearson and Diante Garrett; players that if it wasn't for them, a bad season would have been a really bad season and get no love. Team did have Wigs and Lard but still. Tyrese this year but he's getting his rightful props.

Rasir maintaining his current level of play for 2 more years probably puts him in the 6-8 range imo. Hopefully he makes another jump beyond that though to a 2nd teamish all-conference level player. I think it’s a realistic hope/expectation that Javan ends up being a 10-15 range type guy.

agree on most. I think Bolton can/will rise up if he’s here all 3 years. Dude could leave ISU having scored ~1500 points here

Have Jameel a little lower than some of you guys because of the issues in the locker room.... NWB a little higher because he was with the program a little longer than others. Just couldn't rate Nixon very high

Kasongo never played a minute for ISU so not even sure he's worth mentioning in any rankings. It's not like he's all the sudden going to be anything but bottom of the list.

Brockington probably top 5?
Yea, I would put him at #2.

Shayok, Kane, Burton, etc. were really nice players, but they had other scorers that could be "the" guy on a lot nights. Brockington has to bring it EVERY night. Plus he has Kane like toughness and is a great defender.

There are dozens (maybe) of us! One of my favorite players to watch over the last decade because he was the ultimate glue guy. Would give whatever the lineup needed. Just seemed like everything ran smoother whenever he was on the floor.

This is Dumb. Why rank a 12 year snap shot of ISU transfers? Why can't we talk a larger context? Forgetting some of the greatest transfers all time makes for a lazy conversation.

Brockington needs to be compared against Tinsley, Cato and Willoughby.

Can he get to that level? I hope so.

He is already at the White level. Really good player with not a lot to support. Shayok, Kane also really good, but had a lot of help.

Amending my list. I also am not including Grill but if you made me, I would probably have him somewhere around Jaz. It's difficult to do these lists because it's hard to quantify 1 year guys vs multi-year guys. Also team success or lack their of with guys like JCL and Rasir. I would have the top 3 or 4 in their own tier.

1. DeAndre Kane
