Interesting thing I learned at the social is.
You can't compete on 2 separate D1 rosters in the same season. Which might explain why Mackall would not be eligible to wrestle the 2nd semester at Iowa State.

I will say that I am pretty sure Larry Early wrestled for Minnesota last year, but then transferred midseason and competed for Old Dominion.

Was he suspended at the time also?

Or maybe Coach was talking about wrestling attached for 2 different rosters in the same season

He definitely didn't graduate. He was a freshman, I think and part of the drug scandal also I think
