MrsWx is actually telling me to go to the game. The thing that started getting to me was when we told LittleWx about going to the zoo last night and he started excitedly talking about the animals we would see. We will be back at the hotel for nap time so I will be able to watch most of the second half at least.
I imagine we will all be in cardinal and gold.
Zoos freak me out now. Years ago I took the three nieces to the Como Zoo. Was in the dark nocturnal exhibit (crowded) and when we took stairs up and back out into the daylight the littlest niece was not in hand (she had been holding sisters hand in a little daisy chain of handholds through the crowd). PANIC. Went back down against the crowd grain and found her in a few minutes. She had backtracked and was standing with her nose against the glass at an exhibit.
Here's the little escape artist that day.
She looks proud of herself! We will have at least three adults for two kids so we should be able to keep track of everyone. That being said looking at the forecast the zoo may not be possible if the rain forecast holds.
The couple of times I went to the Omaha zoo with the full herd of nieces and nephews, my younger brother and I (who are both single without kids), always end up riding herd on the escaping nieces and nephews. One out in front and one bringing up the rear. We almost lost one in the kingdoms of the night exhibit which would have been a pain.

Our friends who always go to Halloween(ish) Cyclone games in costume were Popeye and Olive Oyl this year. She makes most of their costumes herself.

Lew has a picture of them!!! He was waiting for me outside the restroom, and they were leaning against the wall - he asked if he could take a picture, and they said yes. Small world!!!
Giphy doesn't seem to be working properly today. I am trying to make a gif of Herky getting hit with the football and it just keeps going black. Guess I'll just save the link and try later.
And the best part is it was Fat Stanley that hit him.
By the way, wasn't Penn State ranked? Whar all da peoples?

Maybe there IS something to the claim our local Hawkeyes are making...that Stanley is the best throwing QB ever...
