Not exactly sure.
Passed an area HS XC team on the way to work and got to thinking. Is that the easiest sport to coach?

One's around here ride bike with the crew.

Son said the football coaches almost passed out yesterday. He thought the old head coach was going to have heat stroke. I figured it would kill one assistant off, he wears slip on shoes because he literally can not bend enough to tie his shoes.

I'm wondering what the front page of new posts would look like if I blocked ISR and the Cave. I'm thinking of giving it a try for a few days just for something different. Neither one of them really bother me though ISR is really just mainly 5 or so people bickering among themselves with occasional comments thrown in by the rest of us.

Got called and asked at last minute to run 50 50 raffle at Quaker Steak bike night. Didn't really want to but it goes to Spina Bifida so I felt I should
Turnout wasn't much so we only made $61. Next week is the last week they'll have a band so I'm guessing next week will be our last time at bike night for the year. I'm not a big fan of bike nights anyway. Too many freaking poseurs who have spent a lot of money making their bike extra loud and want everyone to know it. I don't really get the point of riding down to sit in a parking lot drinking beer.

Does this also apply to tailgating?

I don't get the point of having an extremely loud bike. Then they blast the radio on top of it and you can hear it three blocks north of the highway at my house.

Wherever I go, there I am.
Zero SILs. Unless you mean Storhamar Idrettslag which I may be bringing along because I don't know what it is and am too lazy to look up what it means.
You're bringing along a Norwegian multi-sports club? Or one of its teams? Are you even Norske, bro?

Ten thousand swedes ran through the weeds,
chased by one Norwegian.

The dust from the weeds,
made snoose for the Swedes,
and they called it Copenhagen.

I'm constantly (maybe chronically?) amazed at the stamina of those ISR threads. Once they get started, they last for MONTHS and get up into the HUNDREDS of pages. I don't know how those guys do it.

Wife's part Norwegian. Go SIL!

Also, I just checked the local calendar of events and discovered that the NHRA Nationals are going on across the street from the lake this weekend. Sounds peaceful and relaxing. Also, Hairball's playing at 10 pm on Friday.
