In the Turks and Caicos. They had this issue for 6+ months and I fixed it in a day.. I've never seen a customer so happy

My flight isn't until Saturday so I got a mini vacation now lol. Though the customer is trying to give me random stuff to help fix or help them with.

What do you guys think of starting December with a new random thread? This one is getting pretty huge - we could probably also do a new one on 1/1, if that's easier?

Man, that's a tough life.

But seriously, that's awesome. Two days of beach time! Tell them you'll have to schedule a return visit to fix the other stuff.

Who gets married on New Years Eve?

I'd usually turn down a job on a holiday, but it's a family member. It is sort of a mess because Janny's a groomsman, I'm doing photos, and our kids are 8 and 4. They can't stay up until midnight without committing murder the next day, so we're hoping his mom will tag in.

Not too late to apply for political asylum as a persecuted Northerner living in Texas.

My friends from college were getting married December 23rd, much to everyone's dismay.

They told everyone this week they canceled the whole thing. I haven't figured out why yet though. They're pretty mum about it

Make sure you fully delete all the "special" photos you take of Janny after hitting the free bar. May be a little embarrassing all the way around

His shtick is old. Dude puts way too much effort into what he does.

I am imagining he is a holy terror in the rivals forum but I don't go there. That forum would just agitate me and I am already agitated. He could probably dial it back some on the regular board but does expose trolls that us non-rivals readers don't readily know.

On that topic, I've never fully grasped why some guys who are basic agitators, jerks or complete trolls get so much slack w/o getting the hammer. And the "last word guys" who just cannot resist responding again and again and again to some dead horse beating they mostly started. If they post the most in a argue thread they believe they have won or something.

Don't blink.

Tis the season to get into arguments on when to get together for Christmas. For whatever reason my mom has this unspoken rule so to speak that we must get together on the holiday. As if it doesn't count on any other day. I think this is partially the reason why we didn't do a Thanksgiving with them this year as it was our year to go to MrsWx family on that day not to where they were going. Since we are with MrsWx family on the 25th this year (trade off every year) she wants the 24th. I told her that MrsWx is volunteering at the 2PM service so she will need to leave at 1 to get there. Not to mention our daughter will nap in the morning so there won't be much time and I would rather have a full day to enjoy together than be time limited. Joy to the world...

the sucky thing is this year should be easy since it's piggybacked on the weekend. Like hey guys, pick Saturday or Sunday then! It's making it easier for us to implement the "home on Christmas Day" rule since it's at the end. I guess we've got a couple years yet before that'll become a sticking point.

This made me laugh, Im 25 and have a hard time not commiting murder some days with normal-ish sleep.
