Wait, you wear towels, too? Be still my heart.Single guy with lots of clothes and towels, so laundry every two weeks or so.
It's why my towels are all "winter" colors like gray and black. I just can't wear pastels.
Hate walnut trees, especially the hybrid ones with walnuts the size of grapefruits. Then of course the chipper clogs up so I have to reach up in the chute and pull all that **** out of there. That **** burns and stains your skin. Luckily I had some brush at my house to clean up so I when we were done with that I just came inside and washed up.
Man you scored points with KC on that post. Plus it was pretty darn cute.
I saw one of my old law school professors in the paper today! Arthur Bonfield was a fantastic prof and a real asset to the state of Iowa. He was largely responsible for drafting many important pieces of Iowa legislation that control the interchange between the government and the people--the Administrative Procedure Act, laws regarding access to public records, etc. He was also a true servant of civil liberties. My favorite phrase from his lectures was "Writ of Tough Bananas". Yeah, I know, cool story bro.
I could bring Sadie up, she is a cricket earing champ. The mice might be an issue though, gf is deathly afraid of them.

Don’t worry, it is just the West Nile really getting in there (it was found here in Ames this month).
I can count at least 30 bites on each ankle. Lately I have been rubbing them down with rubbing alcohol after scratching. Wow that burns.
was in line getting a part at a store. Saw some beef sticks and since I’ve been busy and can’t get lunch I grabbed them so I could get something. I know most are probably about 60/40 in meat/fat. These I think must be 5/95. Bit in and I think it was the nastiest ever.
Just saw a MN political ad. This woman is saying something, not paying attention while typing this. Look up and they show this guy skating and they point out it’s her husband. Then he skates next to her and say it’s so and so and below mentions he’s in NHL hall of fame.

Maybe a different species. We get acclimated to the ones in our region and when we get bit in another part of the country it can itch/react more.
I’m not sure where I got the first half, but the second half was the ISU/Iowa watch party at our neighbors. Probably got something from the hawk fans there.
Walked by two Irish pubs tonight. Did not see Pant's Irish soprano. Disappointed. Of course I was distracted by all of the marijuana smells on 1st Avenue and might have missed her. Jeez, guys didn't even clear the Twins Plaza before lighting up.
Gotta love that extra healthy chunk the government takes out of my check just because it's labelled "severence".
