For those of you looking to go school shopping in Ames, if you have a HS girl or an almost middle school boy, might as well go elsewhere. Daughter has dr appt in Ames today and wife took two youngest shopping there. It will all be gone for those ages.

So to really get an idea of how the south entrance is looking now, you need a picture from the south side of University. Right when you pull in there is a low wall that says Reiman Gardens—little distracting from the stadium. Not sure if this was supposed to be 100% completed by football but they have a way to go in the next month. I need to ask my dad where his parking is now for football.

On a side note, they have the north Hilton lot done for new basketball parking. The spaces will be numbered so they put up annoying poles every two spaces to attach number signs so you can’t pull straight through. The parking lot immediately south of Hilton is all torn up. Not sure how much of that will be done by football.

They did have bigger trash bins in all those rocky corners of the parking lot, but Kybos aren’t there yet (or I totally missed them) for football.

But he gave me a copy of the textbook the class is using and I'm pretty much locked in now.

Just read an article about a chicken processing plant. It talks about a package coming down the line every six seconds, then says, about 40 a minute. That new math really confuses me.
