Went to hotels.com, ended up with the Russian site. Also getting random product pages when visiting different sites.
So IDK if there's a thread on this or not and I don't feel like digging it up, but I just found out that the guy who posted the twitter clip accusing an Iowa State student of attacking Pemsel is my cousin. And since I'm pretty sure Deanvogs is the one who posted that clips to Twitter....

Big moments in the library tonight!
Had a cute idea, and I knew it was too cute from the beginning. Then I played around with the idea mentally, no typing or writing, and then started to alliterate it. Immediately, I saw that it would end up with the letters "KKK" and decided never to type that stupid idea.
Then I started reorganizing my final chapter, another step after the merge. Working, working, working, and then something huge came together that does for this part what the chapter should do and ties the whole book together.
Stuff makes sense. Stuff is relevant now. There's a reason for the handful of readers who ever make it to page 187 or 200 to be reading it. Sweet.

So the vixen and I are rolling up our sleeves this weekend.....on Dec. 20, 4 of our 5 daughters (and their families) are coming to Iowa for Christmas. That will mean an extra 13 people in the house for the holidays. It has been many years since we have been able to do this, sadly Alana and Ryan won't make it. (She is a pediatrician in Seattle and gets little time off.)
We are thankful, to be sure - but I am looking forward to Dec. 30, an Iowa State bowl game, and peace and quiet.

Most people forget that a lot of things are "saved" in their sent file and people rarely clean it out. I used to pull plenty out from there.
Every family needs an enforcer to handle when the stupid ones embarrass the family. He's a hawk fan, so he falls into the dim witted category. He is your family and embarrassed you. Go to his house, meet him at the door and drop him like a sack of potatoes. Turn around and leave.
You should like this, wife's work car showed signs of an alternator acting up. Like heck if I'm dumping that into that vehicle. So I made a couple phone calls yesterday. Found a vehicle and looks like we will be able to meet on price. Less than 24 hours. Guy even told me about a small issue that that model has, has 30 months/30k miles of warranty for this issue if it does act up. Nice guy, would recommend him to the western side folks.
In today's crossword puzzle, the clue for 20 across is "Squarish". Answer is 4 letters long.
