Never did get the flashes. But damn, my internal furnace is set on high year round. We were laughing a week ago because I actually asked him to build a fire because I was cold. That's a VERY rare occurance... ;)

Not exactly sure.
Opened mail today. First opened a letter saying I owed them money and now a finance charge. Opened second letter from them saying I have prepays in the same amount as the other bill. Little effort here maybe? Then I listen to messages, lady getting snippy about my bill on a repair. So I email her a copy of the front and back of the check that I paid them and cleared my account on the 20th.

Kids never seemed to be too affected by the time change until now. #4 is an early riser to begin with, now we are up even earlier. We are not sure where she picked up this trait because no one else in this house is a morning person.

After my Samsung Galaxy up and died this summer out of the blue, I was going to switch to an iPhone. Currently I use an old Galaxy I had. Now with the lastest iOS glitches, I am re-thinking the iPhone. . . .

Three drugged out teenagers with a knife got owned by the victim. I think the drugs made a difference. Baby daddy was the one doing the stabbing. Lot of racism there too. Never heard the "k" word for a Jewish person untiI I was 26 and in Canada and had to ask husband what it meant. But they think they are superior because they didn't have slaves.
Also, as bad as our history is with indigenous people, Canada's is even worse.

They sell Desperados at the Beer Store in London so it is a good place.

They called me back into work because of this DR mess and of course I was at the bar. I swear no one has a clue how to do their job. We have had so many meetings on this and I don't think a single person made any effort at being prepared.
Why would anybody think that they need to be prepared for a disaster?

Last night going home from work, I had a garbage bag fly up and get stuck on my grill. Since my entire drive home is interstate, it didn't have a chance to fall off. It just hung on there for 20 miles.

I was that car. smh

We don't have too many significant issues with our iPhones. The battery life is bad but there are things that help that out a little. I get tired of the constant updates but that's probably an issue for most phones. I don't like using iTunes very much so I avoid it as much as I can. I know my FIL has some issues with his IOS devices but that's because he keeps thinking he can win the Amazon gift cards. Mostly, the iPhones work well and are generally reliable.

Blum retweeted the video of Burton's dunk to seal the Big 12 Championship game and I noticed the guys on the bench going nuts and the assistants just sitting back calm, cool and collected. Made me realize that is why I could never be a coach as I was about very much reacting like the players as @SaraV can testify.

The new iphone maybe glitchy and stupid expensive but at least it is fragile and super crazy expensive to fix.

You know what really grinds my gears? My bank has sent me a second notice saying " you've exceeded the amount of transfer in a month". Apparently there's a limit to the amount of times you can transfer money on your phone or laptop in a month. Which makes absolutely no sense, like what is the point of mobile banking if your going to put a damn limit on it.

If you do smoke you'll start sounding like Lauren Bacall. Man those Canadian cigs are nasty. Or at least they were the last time I smoked any of them.

I raise you two packs on the harshness scale. WWII German cigarettes, aged in an old luggage trunk for 72 years. Made from the "finest" Turkish tobacco.
