I hope to go exercise today. I think I did 5 this week. I've been tracking what I've been eating and I think it's been helping portion size. Being petite and female means tiny portions. (At least for me)

I got to make freezer meals at HyVee this week. Basically, a group of at least 8 get together; select 7 dishes from there list; prepare them into bags to freeze; and then take one of each home to freeze. There is also a bag of the non-freezing items like bread, rice...

We tried the citrus salmon first. It was good, but the flavor wasn't very strong. Someone posted a picture of the bean enchiladas and I think they made 9! I think that's about 4 meals for us!!

Okay, RTT is back and it's raining in BCC country again. Anything else that needs to be done to reset the CF space time continuum? Other then have a likey button?

Looks like avatars have to be square and can be bigger. Seems before they couldn't be more than 120x120 and know they are suggesting at least 200x200 and it will resize/compress. Probably why some look so fuzzy.

Okay, avatars need to be square and bigger is better. Used a 500x500 Snoopy and CF edited it down and compressed it to what you see on my left.
