That moment when you eat something salty and then want something sweet. Then after eating something sweet, feel like some salt again.

Speaking of beer hopefully I will be able to drink some Desperados while in the UK.

I hate computer problems. Laptop has been running like crazy the last couple of days. I mean hard drive spinning away and eating up memory. Tried a system restore point just ****ed it up more. Now Symantec and Defender are both disabled. Ran Norton Power Eraser and it did nada. Malwarebytes, zippo. Time for computer shop drop off. Maybe their solution will be to just accept the microsoft Windows 10 upgrade. Things went south after last windows update.
Saved all of my files and bookmarks....just in case.

I'll have to take your word for it, but tequila flavored beer sounds awful. I rarely drink tequila anymore, but when I used to drink it, I never drank it for the flavor. I drank it so I wouldn't remember the dumb stuff I was about to do.

You sound like you could use a meat raffle.

Looks like your options are Big Louie's, Jimmy's, and Jethro's:

You would think it was a Mexican beer but it's not. It's French. The first time I tried it I was like "where have you been all my life"
Anheuser Busch has their version called Oculto. I wasn't impressed with it.

I think Microsoft is ******* with everyone on Windows 7 to force them onto 10. Funny that it's my laptop that the riskiest thing ever visited on it is CF that goes south. It's my biz machine that I try to keep as secure as possible for finance stuff, taxes etc.

Meanwhile my old desktop with obsolete Vista is running fine although it's days are numbered. It will not Windows update and Google just suspended Chrome updates for it to.

Wondering if I can find a way for you to smuggle back some Strongbow hard cider (original flavor). It's a GREAT hard cider. Unfortunately, only their sweeter varieties caught on in the US (honey & green apple flavors), and they're nasty, IMO. They discontinued the GOOD one and left the froufrou ones on the market here. :(

Is Strongbow Gold the original nonfroufrou flavor? I see that flavor everywhere.

Well, at least that would give me an excuse for this belly.

The kid standing in front of the mirror and saying "gotta do something about this root beer belly" is prolly my favorite commercial ever. Does anyone else remember that ad? I can't remember what it was for anymore.

I've noticed that regular Strongbow is no longer in the store. Only time I tried it was in the UK. Really liked it.

Nope. The original was simply called "Strongbow". They added all the other flavors afterward.

The original is still sold in the UK, at least it was when I was doing a search before New Years' Eve.

In 2014 in the USA, Heineken launched two new sweeter flavours, dubbed "Gold Apple" and "Honey & Apple".[SUP][15][/SUP][SUP][16][/SUP] Strongbow subsequently discontinued the original dry cider Strongbow flavor in the USA.[SUP][17][/SUP][SUP][18][/SUP] The move to discontinue the original dry cider recipe in the USA and replace it with two sweeter varieties is being criticized by some vocal customers, with comments related to the discontinuation appearing on various internet forums, the Strongbow Facebook page, and the USA Heineken Strongbow web page.
