Sorry to hear that, 00. It has been 5 or 6 years since I handled a marriage dissolution action, but the laws haven't changed that much. I'd recommend an attempt at reconciliation first. Perhaps you've been lacking in educating your spouse regarding the dangers of the Tiger Hawk?

I did like the one's which took place in Iowa just because it's my home state. Also, juicy whip inc vs. orange bank inc because of the name, and Pierson v. Post because one of the judges was funny.

That *was* sort of my point, though I thought there was a reasonable chance Pierson v Post might show up. Juicy Whip hadn't been decided yet when I was taking property classes, but I agree it is a pretty fun name.

In my Property I class there was fairly common mention made of "tracts of land". Given my firm grounding in Monty Python, I chuckled a bit at each mention.
