I just got a customer complaint from someone that wasn't satisfied with his office experience when getting his taxes done. In 2008.
Sounds like one for H & R, no? Kind of like when I have a potential client that I wouldn't touch with a ten foot pole and am asked for referrals. I pick one fellow in town that I really dislike. Sometimes I wonder if he curses my name when one of my "referrals" shows up at his office.

They wanted their money back. I told them 8 years is a long time to wait to decide you want your money back. They said they couldn't get ahold of us. I verbally laughed out loud while on the phone with the. They weren't happy about that.
